Care & Maintenance

General 

Although our heArt look delicate they are, in fact, quite solid. However, they do appreciate some general care as a gentle friend. 

You can clean with damp drying clothes and feather dusters. Wood Spirit loves dry atmosphere therefore try to avoid wet atmosphere and contact with water.  Gently clean any exposed surfaces, if an accident occurs. Be careful when exposing to high temperatures, sources of heat and combustion & direct sunlight. It may change the nature of material and its color properties.  

Material 

Every piece of wood and tree has unique characteristics as they are, indeed, living beings. Therefore, your order may exhibit minor differences such as different color combination or surface patterns than the product photos. We assure you that we are working on each piece to create the most harmonic combination of the materials and the products as close as possible with the photos based on our heArt.

So in the end, each piece becomes unique and one of a kind piece of art.

Psytoys

Feel free to dust regularly with either a soft cloth or a feather duster. This will help to maintain smooth flow for the mechanisms while traveling through other dimensions ;)

Please avoid any kind of harsh or sudden forces as the spirit and its solidity can be harmed due to such actions. As our heArt has been created for a gentle interaction, they are designed for slow and meditative speeds and states of actions. Therefore, we won’t be responsible for any actions in contrast with the original purposes of a particular design. 

Place on horizontal and flat surfaces, unless specified otherwise.

Always remember that you are interacting with something beyond the material world, and that, requires a loving, gentle and compassionate relationship.

After packing each order, we transfer them to our shipping company which provides super fast delivery like 1-2 days in general.

Additionally based on the item and your request, we have a shipping insurance service for fragile and sensitive pieces.. We know that each heArt needs to be taken care of gently and meticulously:) 

Age Restriction

Please do not leave little children unattended with the objects. By design, it is comprised of small pieces which the child might try to swallow. Adult supervision is not only recommended, but a must when involving your little ones in the creative process.

All pieces are for over age 6+, unless specified otherwise. We do care our little rays of creativity as you do, and want them to be safely & consciously thrive.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds as everything is limited edition artwork and made to order.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@inphinitydesign.com and send your item to: Ilıca Mahallesi, Susam sokak No:11/B Inphinity Design Tasarım Atölyesi, Narlıdere- Izmir TR 35320.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
